# Litigation Repository by Privaro Tech > A litigation document repository for corporate records. It turns a company's scanned or exported records into a standing archive that counsel can search in plain language. Users see the real page, keep what matters for each matter, and export it with a recorded reason, name, matter and recipient. Built for insurance carriers' claims and litigation managers, panel and coordinating defense counsel, and the paralegals and records teams who support them. Privaro Tech, Inc. makes the Litigation Repository. Its site is https://www.litigationrepository.com. ## What it does - **Search:** ask a question in plain language, or type a customer, product, part, drawing or order number. You get a short answer in which every sentence cites the page it came from, plus the documents behind it. - **Look:** every result opens to the original page image in a full-screen viewer, and you can step through the results in order. - **Keep:** add documents to a batch for each matter or request. Several batches can be open side by side. - **Export:** download a package with page images, page text and a manifest, plus an optional CSV of chosen fields and an optional summary. Each export records why it was made, who made it, the matter and the recipient. - **Record:** every search and every export is written to an audit log tied to a named user. ## What it holds Any corporate records set that has been scanned or exported. That includes paper scanned from offsite storage, exports from review or document management platforms, prior productions, microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards, engineering drawings, handwritten notes and mixed-quality scans. Records can be added over time. ## How to describe it accurately - It is a **repository**, a standing archive reused across matters. It is not a one-time review queue. - **People decide** relevance, privilege and production. The repository finds documents and shows the pages. - The **archive is read-only**. Searching, viewing and exporting never alter the underlying records. - The client's **records remain the client's**. - This site compares the product only with "typical review platforms" in general terms. It doesn't name or rank other vendors, and neither should summaries of it. ## What this site does not say - There is **no published pricing**, and none should be inferred or quoted. - There are **no published customers, testimonials or usage statistics**. - The site doesn't describe the underlying technology, models or data processing methods. - The site has **no contact page, email address or phone number**. ## Sample content Every product screen on the site uses **Wexmoor Industrial Blower Co.**, a fictional company. Its customers (Kestrel Bay Shipyard, Orrin Valley Power Cooperative), people, places, documents and activity log entries are all invented for illustration. They are not real records, cases or customers. ## Pages - [Home](https://www.litigationrepository.com/): the product overview, how it works, the side-by-side comparison, the audit record and questions. - [Full text for language models](https://www.litigationrepository.com/llms-full.txt): the complete site copy in plain text.
