Litigation document repository
The company's archive,
ready when the claim is.
Privaro Tech turns a company's records into a standing repository for litigation, whether they're scanned boxes, film, or exports from a storage provider or review platform. Search it in plain language, see the real page, keep what matters, and hand it off with a record of why.
Example screens use Wexmoor Industrial Blower Co., a fictional company with invented documents. The same repository works for any company's records.
How it works
Four steps, the same way every time.
Each matter follows one path: search, look, keep, export. Nothing to configure and no grid to manage. It's a repository built for the job.
Search
Ask a question the way you'd ask a colleague, or type a customer, part, drawing or order number.
Look
Open the real page full screen. Read it and zoom in, then step through the results one by one.
Keep
Add what matters to a batch for that matter. Keep several batches open side by side.
Export
Download a tracked package that records why it was made, who made it, and where it's going.
Search · Look
The answer is always a page you can read.
A search returns a short written answer and the documents behind it. Every statement points to its source, and every source opens to the original page image, not a text extract.
- Contracts, correspondence, invoices, orders, reports, drawings: whatever the company kept
- Poor scans, rotated pages and handwritten notes are prepared so they can be searched
- Walk through the results in order without losing your place

Keep · Export
What leaves the repository carries its reason with it.
Keep results in a batch for each matter or request. When you export, you state the reason. The package and the log both record it, along with your name, the matter and the recipient.
- Page images and page text for every record
- A manifest listing exactly what was included
- An optional CSV of the fields you choose, and an optional summary

Matter after matter
One archive, prepared once, used on every matter.
Matters keep returning to the same corporate records. The repository stays in place between them, so each new claim starts from a prepared archive instead of a fresh collection.
Predictable
The archive is prepared once and searched as often as each new claim needs. There's no fresh collection and no re-review of the same pages for every matter.
Explainable
It's ordinary document retrieval with a record. Someone searched, looked at the pages, chose what was relevant, and produced it. Each step is logged.
Overseeable
Claims and litigation managers can see what went out, for which matter, to whom, and why, without asking counsel for another report.
Side by side
Built around your records, not the other way around.
Generic review platforms treat every collection the same way. The repository is shaped to each company's own records, so finding the right page takes a question, not a project.
Adapted to each company
Customers, products and part numbers are recognized however they were typed, stamped or abbreviated over the years.
Fully searchable
Every page can be found, including the ones a plain text layer misses: faded copies, margin notes, stamps and drawings.
Smart retrieval
Ask the way you'd ask a colleague. The answer comes back short, specific, and tied to the pages it came from.
General comparison with typical document review platforms. Capabilities vary by product.
The record
Who searched, what came back, and what went out.
Every search and every export is written to an audit log tied to a named user. If you're ever asked how documents were located and produced, the answer is already written down.
- Searches are logged with the question and the results returned
- Exports are logged with the reason, the matter, the recipient and the record count
- The archive itself is never changed by searching or exporting

What we take in
Any corporate records set.
Records arrive in every shape: boxes scanned years ago, retrievals from offsite storage, exports from a review or document management platform. We prepare them so they can be searched and read, and you work with the result.
Your records stay yours
The documents and the data belong to the client. The repository is where they're kept and searched.
Read-only archive
Searching, viewing and exporting never alter the underlying records.
Named access
Every user is named, and every action is attributed to that person.
People decide
The repository finds and shows. Counsel decides what's relevant, privileged and produced.
Experience
Experience that shows up in every search.
We've worked through every change in how litigation handles documents: paper to images, images to review platforms, keyword lists to predictive review. Each one promised to make the records easier to use.
The records themselves never changed. The same pages came back matter after matter, to be collected, loaded and reviewed again. Thirty years of that taught us what a litigation repository should do, and what it should never do.
The technology is new. The discipline isn’t.
- Records outlive mattersSo the archive stays in place, prepared once and ready for the next claim.
- An answer is only as good as its pageSo every answer cites the record, and every record opens to the original page.
- Someone will ask how you found itSo every search and every export is logged, with who, when and why.
- People make the callsSo the repository finds and shows, and counsel decides what's relevant, privileged and produced.
Questions
What people usually ask.
Who decides what's relevant or privileged?
Your people do. The repository finds documents and shows you the pages. Choosing what to keep, withhold or produce stays with counsel, as it always has.
Could we explain this process in a deposition?
Yes, in ordinary terms. Records were searched, the pages were reviewed, relevant documents were selected and exported, and each step was logged with who did it and when.
How does the short answer work?
It's a few sentences on what the matching records say. Each sentence carries a citation, and each citation opens the page behind it, so every line can be checked in one click.
What is in an export?
Page images, page text and a manifest of exactly what was included. Optionally there's a CSV of the fields you choose and a short summary. The reason, your name, the matter and the recipient are recorded with it.
What kinds of records can it hold?
Any corporate records set that has been scanned or exported: paper scanned from offsite storage, exports from a review or document management platform, prior productions, film and drawings. You don't need to clean or re-review anything first.
Can it hold records we haven't reviewed yet?
Yes. Boxes, film and cards that were never reviewed can be brought in over time, so the archive grows as the records are reached.
The company's archive, kept ready for every matter.
Search it, see the page, keep what matters, and know exactly what went out and why.
